Our Impact

A Legacy of Lifting Others Up

Care for seniors and disabled adults should be available to all. This is why Griswold Home Care established a charity in honor of its founder, Jean Griswold, which provides grants to select nonprofit age in place organizations that enhance the quality of life for low-income seniors and adults with disabilities. Social isolation often increases the risk of health complications in seniors, including heart disease, depression, and dementia-related diseases.

As of 2020, Jean Griswold Foundation has awarded hundreds of grants to nonprofits throughout the United States. 88% of every dollar donated to our foundation is used to fund grants, while the remainder goes towards helping us keep our foundation running. Thanks to the generosity of Griswold Home Care, Griswold Home Care franchisees, and other selfless individuals, we continue to provide support to hundreds of low-income seniors and disabled individuals annually.
